53 KA PARESAN SA CIVIL MASS WEEDING SA LGU BUTUAN, DUNGAN NAG-TREE PLANTING

Obligadong motanum og seedling o semilya sa mga fruit trees og uban pang punoan sa kahoy, ang mga paresan sa civil mass weeding sa dakbayan sa Butuan.

Mandato kini sa SP Ordinance No. 6493-2022 sa katuyuan nga matabangan ang Lokal nga Panggamhanan sa Butuan pinaagi sa City Environment and Natural Resources Department sa pag tanom og kahoy aron sa hinay-hinay mabalik ang lunhaw nga palibot og ma protektahan ang kinaiyahan.

Alayon niini, dungan nga nag-tree planting sa Barangay Pianing adtong Mayo 15, 2024, ang 53 ka paresan alang sa Civil Mass weeding sa dakbayan sa Butuan.

Kada pares kinahanglan mo tanom og lima ka seedlings sa Rambutan, Lanzones, Mangosteen, Durian ug Molave. Ayha gihimo ang tree planting, gipa-ilawom una sila sa orientasyon kung unsaon pag tanom ang mga seedlings. Lima ka seedlings ang gitanom sa kada pares sa mga kaslonon.

Sa 53 ka pares, dise nuebe niini apil sa grupo sa indigenous people.
Ang aktibidad gipangunahan sa City Civil Registry Department kauban ang City Environment and Natural Resources Department.

Unang gituki sa meeting kung unsa na’y dagan sa implementasyon sa Caraga Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) o ang whole of government approach pagresolba sa problema sa insurhensiya sa rehiyon og ang Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).

Gihisgutan usab sa meeting ang implementasyon sa Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP), estadu sa mga halfway houses, Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP), og ang Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP).

Dagkong mga isyu og problema sa 86 ka mga barangay sa dakbayan sa Butuan, maoy nahimong sentro sa gipahigayon nga 5th Liga Meeting gipangunahan ni Liga President Gemma Tabada.

Usa sa nahisgutan ang sunod-sunod nga pagpahigayon sa random drug testing sa Barangay officials, SK, workers ug tanods sa pagpanguna sa CADAC. Ang mga opisyales nga nag positibo sa druga matangtang sa serbisyo.

SUSPEK NGA NANUNGGAB-PATAY SA LUMBUCAN GAMIT ANG STAR SCREW, MITAHAN SA KAPULISAN

Gihikay na sa kapulisan ang tukmang kaso nga ipasaka batok sa suspek pagpanunggab-patay sa P-3A, Brgy. Lumbocan, Butuan City alas-3:50 sa hapon niadtong Mayo 26, 2024.

Naila ang biktima nga si Vicente Aton Quimson, legal ang pangidaron, bulag sa asawa, walay trabaho og residenti sa Purok 2, Sa nahisgutang Barangay, samtang ang suspek mao si Dandy Ganda Ramirez, 37 anyos,ulitawo, construction worker, nga residente sa Purok 3 sa susamang barangay.

Sa imbestigasyon, naglingkud ang biktima sa usa ka tindahan sa lugar dihang miabot ang suspek og milingkud atbang sa biktima og pagka-taud taud, kalit niining gidunggab ang biktima sa ilog ug dughan.

Nadala pa sa ospital ang biktima apan pagka alas 5:46 sa hapon, gideklara kining patay sa doktor.

Sa pagresponde sa kapulisan sa Station 3 sa nahisgutang, inabagan sa mga Barangay Tanod, ilang giadto ang balay kundiin nagtago ang suspek nga bulontaryo’ng mitahan sa otoridad.

Sa pagsulat ning balita, anaa sa kustudiya sa BCPS3 ng suspek samtang gihikay ang kaso nga ipasaka batok kaniya.
