Back then, teachers had shown a transformative impact among students. Their authority was always carried not only by presence, but also by their names through the reputation they have built. Through the major role they play in the community, discipline and behavior were shaped. The respect was displayed right and left. They were powerful in facilitating the best systems in the classrooms producing competent citizens of the society. Everyone was seeing the school as the training ground for every skill and development as high caliber teachers are known for their expertise in moulding the young minds.

After years and generations, teachers always displayed dignity and integrity despite different challenges. Reformation of the curriculum, teaching boundaries, students' rights, and other derailing factors cannot pin down the authenticity and passion of the teachers in serving the young citizens of the nation.

How happy and proud we are to be part of the transformation that our teachers have made. A single tap on the shoulder, soft cheer, or encouragement made us better than yesterday.
