𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝟐.𝟖𝟏 𝐡𝐩/𝐡𝐚

As of October 2025, the Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech) has reported an increase in the national level of mechanization for rice, reaching 2.81 hp/ha, up from 2.78 hp/ha in February of this year.

This growth is attributed to the expanded distribution of high-quality production machines to qualified rice farmers' cooperatives and associations (FCAs) and local government units (LGUs) under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund Mechanization Program, which entered its second phase this year.
