The Power of Proper Nutrition At the heart of every great nation is a healthy peopleโand in the halls of Quipayo National High School, that belief rang true as students, teachers, and staff gathered to culminate this yearโs Nutrition Month Celebration with the powerful theme:
โ with its subtheme, โ๐ญ๐๐๐
More than just an academic event, this month-long celebration became a living, breathing campaign for health awareness, food security, and youth empowerment. Held at the school pavilion, the culmination day was an explosion of color, creativity, and competitionโall anchored in one mission: to emphasize the crucial role of proper nutrition in building a better future.

That spirit echoed through each competitionโwhere students were not only participants but ambassadors of health and change.
Competitions ranging from quizzes to culinary battles and artistic showcases revealed not just talent but also grit, teamwork, and a deep understanding of nutrition advocacy. Whether folding napkins into artful shapes or writing essays on food security, the message was consistent: A well-nourished student is a well-equipped citizen.

Through these competitions, Quipayo NHS students didnโt just competeโthey learned, shared, and inspired. Their projects and performances reflected a deeper understanding of the importance of accessible, nutritious food and the urgent need to secure it for all.
Behind every winning name was a supportive teacher, a cheering class, and a vision for a healthier tomorrow. The schoolโs Nutrition Month celebration proves that when education, creativity, and health awareness come together, we create not just winnersโbut leaders.
As the month drew to a close, the message was loud and clear: Nutrition is not a privilegeโit is a right. And the students of Quipayo National High School are ready to fight for it, one healthy step at a time.
