Dear Alumni,

Good Day!

The Quipayo National High School will celebrate its 29th Foundation Day on March 15, 2026, with the theme 29 Years of Legacy: Running Towards Excellence. It will be celebrated through meaningful and colorful activities such as Holy Mass, Color Run, Fun Games, and a short program showcasing students’ excellence.

Part of the program will be testimonial videos from the school’s alumni. With this, we would like to request a short video clip (less than one minute) from you to be featured in the program alongside the other alumni. Your message may include your name, batch, present job, your message to your former teachers, and to your Alma Mater. We believe that your success as an individual reflects your being a Quipayano, and may inspire not only our present students but the whole QNHS community.

You may send your video on or before Mar. 12, 2026 to [email protected]

Warm regards!

From your QNHS Family

For the first time in its history, the Senior High School (SHS) Department of Quipayo National High School inaugurated Project REACh: Raising Excellence in the Acquired Competencies in Research. The initiative showcased student researchers' innovative work designed to address relevant societal issues, and was held in connection with SHS Day at the school's pavilion on February 26.

Grade 12 students participated in the event, with eight research presenters and 23 research posters from both the Academic and Technical-Vocational Livelihood (TVL) Tracks

Dr. Cary S. Cerdan, who served as the keynote speaker, shared tips on how students can improve their research. He emphasized the responsible use of artificial intelligence, adherence to ethical considerations, and maintaining objectivity in academic papers.

The colloquium aimed to recognize outstanding work across three categories: Best Research Poster, Best Research Paper, and Best Research Presenter.

Winners from both the Academic and TVL Tracks were announced on the second day of SHS Day, prior to the program's official closing.

Every year, we celebrate EDSA People Power for it serves as an important chapter in Philippine history, where we brought peaceful change to our country through unity and courage altogether. In February 1986, millions of residents united along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue to fight for truth, justice, and freedom that showcased a harmonious revolution, not by wielding weapons but rather using dedicated voices who long for a better leader.

Students, workers, religious groups, and soldiers worked together, conveying that the power of unity hand in hand with democracy triumphs over dread.

This impact is not just an event but a proof to the world that even regular folks can mark a big distinction by their resolute determination to free their country from self-serving politicians.

As we commemorate this day to the EDSA revolution, may this historical event inspire and remind all people especially youth that their voices are not to be hindered by power and fear.

Merciful and loving God,

We gather in prayer as a school community to remember the life of Teacher Agnes Buenaflor, a devoted public school teacher who faithfully served her students and her profession. You called her back to You while she was living her purpose, teaching her students, fulfilling her duties as an educator, and dedicating herself to the service of others.

We lift her to You, Lord, and ask that You grant her eternal rest. May Your perpetual light shine upon her, and may she now find the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we lift up her fellow teachers and the entire school community. Help all who serve in education to be protected, supported, and valued, and remind us always to look after one another with compassion.

As we mourn her passing, grant that her death may stir deep reflection on the burdens and challenges faced by teachers. May her memory call on those entrusted with education to extend greater support, protection, and understanding for all who devote themselves to shaping young minds.

We entrust her soul to You, O Lord.
May she rest in peace.
Amen.
