Wall to Wall (2025)
Written & Directed by: Kim Tae-joon
The story starts with just a condo problem. Then that problem transforms into a crisis—which afterwards evolves into plottwists.
Plot holes turn to rabbit holes. Next thing you know, you’re already inside a nonstop puzzle fest.
From being gripping to tiring, this movie manages to downgrade itself. The noise never ends, exhausting all your energy until there’s nothing left of you.
Actors are great, but the writer-director can’t get contented with the plot. This is another case in which, when asked how many plottwists do you want, the answer is yes.
You’ll probably stick around to know what really happens. Expect to be disappointed upon hearing their explanation. The scenarios are far-fetched and diabolical, mostly happening in pocketbooks and afternoon soap operas.
Just as the story's direction is uncertain, the movie's genre is also undecided, bringing conflicting moods throughout.
For a more solid foundation, stick to one and
avoid jumping from wall to wall.
