Dati, nag-hire ako ng buong marketing team
Designer, copywriter, video editor, content strategist, social media manager pero ang laki ng gastos, at ang bagal pa rin ng output and most of them are TEMPLATED and Strategy. Pero nung natutunan ko kung paano gamitin ang AI tools? One person did what five used to do.
AI Doesn’t Replace Talent—It Multiplies It
1️⃣ AI Makes You 5x Faster.
Kung dati kailangan mo ng 1 oras para gumawa ng caption, ngayon? 2 minutes or less with ChatGPT. Kailangan ng poster? Canva + prompt = tapos agad / Sora / Leonardo AI / Midjourney. Hindi mo kailangang dumaan sa 3-4 tao kada task.
2️⃣ Less Manpower, More Efficiency.
One person who knows how to use AI can write, design, schedule, and optimize content. Ganoon kalakas ang leverage.
3️⃣ The Game Has Changed.
Kung hindi ka marunong mag-adapt, maluluma ka. And worse mas mapapamahal ka sa tao na outdated ang proseso.
What You Should Do Instead:
✔ Train Yourself or Your Team on AI. Hindi mo kailangang maging tech expert you just need to learn how to prompt (atleast to start).
✔ Start with Simple Tools. ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Notion AI, Sora, start with the basics and build your stack.
✔ Measure Output, Not Headcount. Mas konting tao na may AI knowledge, mas mabilis pa kaysa malaking team na manual pa rin ang trabaho.
Final Thought
This is the future of work. Adapt or die. Kung hindi mo pa ginagamit ang AI sa negosyo mo, hindi mo lang tinatapon ang pera mo
pati oras mo.
