Camp BGen Efigenio C. Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – The Police Regional Office MIMAROPA, led by PBGEN ROGER L. QUESADA, achieved a significant milestone after emerging as the top-performing Police Regional Office in the Philippine National Police’s Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for April 2025.

“I proudly commend the men and women of PRO MIMAROPA for demonstrating exceptional commitment to our mission,” PBGEN QUESADA stated.

“Your dedication, integrity, and pursuit of excellence have earned recognition for our region and our entire organization,” he added.

The UPER is a comprehensive tool used by the PNP to assess unit performance across key areas, including crime prevention, law enforcement operations, community engagement, internal discipline, and administrative efficiency.

PBGEN QUESADA emphasized that this recognition is a reflection of collective effort and a shared commitment to service.

“As we celebrate this achievement, we remain focused on our core mandate—ensuring peace, order, and public safety throughout the region. We will continue to serve with integrity, compassion, and excellence, working hand-in-hand with our communities,”
