⏳ Tips to Balance Screen Time 📱💻

Technology is part of our daily lives — but too much screen time can affect our health, focus, and relationships. Here are simple ways to stay balanced:

✅ Set Daily Limits – Use apps or device settings to control screen time.
✅ Follow the 20-20-20 Rule – Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds to rest your eyes.
✅ Create “Tech-Free” Zones – No gadgets during meals, family time, or before bed.
✅ Prioritize Offline Activities – Read a book, exercise, or spend time outdoors.
✅ Practice Mindful Scrolling – Be intentional with your online use instead of endless browsing.

✨ Remember: Technology should serve you, not control you. Balance is the key!

📱 Why You Should Avoid Connecting to Free WiFi 🚫📶

Free WiFi might sound convenient, but it can be very dangerous to your privacy and security. Here’s why:

1️⃣ Hackers Can Steal Your Data
Public WiFi is often unencrypted, making it easy for cybercriminals to intercept passwords, bank details, and private messages.

2️⃣ Fake Hotspots
Scammers can set up “free WiFi” that looks legit. Once you connect, they can track everything you do online.

3️⃣ Malware Infections
Unsecured networks can be used to inject viruses or spyware into your device without you knowing.

4️⃣ Identity Theft
Sensitive information (like social media logins) can be stolen and used for fraud.

---

✅ Tips to Stay Safe:

Use your mobile data or a trusted hotspot.

If you must use public WiFi, always connect through a VPN.

Avoid logging in to bank accounts or making online payments on free WiFi.

🚨 Public Warning! 🚨

Connecting to Piso WiFi Vendo may put your data at risk. ⚠️
Unsecured connections can expose you to hackers, data sniffing, and even fake WiFi networks pretending to be legit.

👉 Use Piso WiFi only for casual browsing.
👉 Never log in to banking apps, GCash, PayPal, or email while connected.
👉 Always double-check if the website has HTTPS (lock icon) before entering any password.

Stay safe online. Protect your personal information. 💻🔒

Oo, posible.

4. Malware injection – Puwedeng magpasok ng virus o malware ang compromised vendo machine o network.

Tips para maging ligtas:

✅ Huwag mag-log in sa sensitive accounts (online banking, GCash, PayPal, email).

⚠️ Public Wi-Fi is not as safe as you think.
When you connect to free Wi-Fi in malls, cafés, or airports, your data becomes vulnerable. Hackers can spy on your logins, track your searches, and even steal sensitive information.

🔒 How to stay safe on public Wi-Fi:
✅ Avoid logging in to banking or sensitive accounts.
✅ Use a trusted VPN to encrypt your connection.
✅ Turn off file sharing and AirDrop when connected.
✅ Stick to websites with HTTPS.
✅ Forget the network after use.

Free Wi-Fi isn’t really “free” if it costs you your privacy. Protect yourself before you connect.
