Mga taong dapat iwasan ngayong 2025 para protektahan ang mental health mo.

1| Iwasan ang mga mahilig mang guilt- trip
Kahit sabihin nila na nagbibiro lang sila o nanlalalambing lang,
Ang pang giguilt -trip ay isang manipulation tactic , para ipagawa sayo ang mga bagay na di ka komportableng gawin.

2| Iwasan ang mga overly demanding na mga tao sa buhay mo, yung mga gustong isakripisyo mo nalang lahat, yung hindi ka man lang bigyan ng konsiderasyon kung papano ka maaapektuhan sa mga demands nila, Yung mga walang pake sayo kahit mahirapan ka , basta mag benefits lang sila.

3| Iwasan ang mga taong walang accountability or self awareness sa mga pagkakamali nila, may mga pagkakamali na kaya namang intindihon eh! Peru yung may kasamang disrespect, pang aabuso,at panloloko? di yan pagkakamali, choice nila yun, at di ka obligadong intindihin sila,

Kung choice nila na saktan ka, may choice karin na i-cut off sila, huwag kang masyadong mabait, Okey lang maging mabait pero wag maging sacrificial , dapat maging mabait karin sa sarili mo.

Its ok na mag set ng limitations kahit na pamilya mo pa yan,it is just because pamilya mo sila , it doesn't give them the free pass to disrespect you.

It all starts with saying "NO" kaya mo Yan!
