LET’S GO, TALA! LET’S GO! 🏐💫

After holding a decade-long championship streak, the Rising Star Volleyball Girls Team (RSVGT) of Tala High School didn’t make it to this year’s finals. The team was defeated by the Braves of Bagong Silang High School with a close score of 13–15 in the last set.

Every serve, every spike, and every cheer proved that true champions aren’t measured only by victory. Sometimes, there’s strength in defeat, and this won’t stop Tala High School from being one of the best.

School-Based Fellowship 2025: A Celebration of Learning and Perseverance

With their undying enthusiasm for improvement and growth, the campus journalists of The Hero and Ang Bayani succesfully ends the School-based Fellowship 2025.

The third day started with a lecture by Mrs. Rosenie Quijano about feature writing. After a short break, the closing program began with the opening remarks of Mr. Alfredo L. Bonite. It was then followed by an inspirational message from Dr. Bernadeth C. Limson, and it concluded with the closing remarks of Mrs. Charlene C. Tolledo.

To acknowledge the perseverance and the time given by the student press to strive for growth the School-based fellowship concludes with awarding of certificates.

For greater achievement, Day 2!

Campus journalists continued with dedication on day 2 of the School-Based Fellowship Training 2025, alongside the guidance of Mrs. Beverly Sapungan and Mrs. Rosenie Quijano at Tala High School.

For both The Hero and Ang Bayani journalists to enhance and master their path to success, the guest speakers, Mrs. Sapungan and Mrs. Quijano, delivered excellent speeches on how to develop the skills and abilities of journalists in their respective categories.

“Mananalo ang Tala High School!”

With this powerful cheer from Dr. Mary Ann Margaret L. Morden, Day 1 of the School-Based Fellowship Training 2025 at Tala High School opened with unity and pride.

Under the theme “New Perspectives: Transforming the Era of News” with Ang Bayani and The Hero, the session ran from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, September 17 at the ICT ComLab, SHS Building, where participants were inspired by the guest speakers, Mrs. Charlene C. Tolledo and Dr. Mary Ann Margaret L. Morden.

Together, we have taken the first steps toward becoming the storytellers of tomorrow. As we celebrate this milestone, let us remember that our voices are not only the future but also the driving force of change. And above all—it’s time to train The Hero!
