Ang Komedya ng Pagiging Kongresista sa Pilipinas

Sa Pilipinas, ang pagiging kongresista ay tila isang palabas na komedya — puno ng drama, punchline, at mga karakter na paulit-ulit ang script. Ang pagiging kongresista ay dapat seryosong tungkulin, hindi biro. Pero sa bansa kung saan ang mga pangako ay mas mabilis maglaho kaysa sa budget, ang komedya ay tuloy-tuloy. At ang mga manonood? Nagtatawanan pa rin. Pero sana, nagsisimula nang mag-isip.
