Today, we met with the NMIS Director to finalize protocols for the proper and compliant operation of our NEW Double-A Slaughterhouse — ensuring that every process from butchering to distribution meets hygienic standards and national guidelines.

This is a major milestone for San Jose-Partido:

• Better Quality Meat for households and business owners
• Standardized Handling & Hygiene based on NMIS requirements
