Differences between 4x4 vs 4x2:

‼️DA64W & DA17W (Wagon)‼️
All-Wheel Drive (AWD):
• AWD is full-time: These variants use a full-time AWD system.
• No switch to disable AWD: You cannot manually switch to 2WD (4x2).
• But also “LOWER FUEL ECONOMY” compared to switchable systems.
• More grip and stability in all road conditions.
• Common in Turbo models, where performance is prioritized.

‼️DA64V & DA17V (Van)‼️
Part-Time 4WD:
• 4WD is selectable: Usually comes with a button switch between 2WD and 4WD.
• You can drive in 2WD (rear-wheel drive) for BETTER FUEL ECONOMY
• Useful for daily driving & occasional off-road or cargo use.

• If you want fuel economy & flexibility → DA64V / DA17V 4x4 with switch

‼️ All-Terrain (AT) Tires‼️

✅ Pros:
• Balanced for highway and off-road use
• More comfortable ride and less road noise
• Better handling on wet or dry pavement
• Better fuel economy and thread life.

❎ Cons:
• Can struggle in deep mud or sand
• Not as aggressive as MTs

✔️ Recommended for:
Daily drivers who occasionally go off-road, overlanders, light trail users.

‼️ Mud-Terrain (MT) Tires‼️

✅ Pros:
• Aggressive tread for mud, rocks, sand, and loose dirt
• Strong sidewalls (good for aired-down crawling)
• Tougher construction for rough terrain

❎ Cons:
• Noisy on pavement
• Faster wear, especially on highways

✔️ Recommended for:
Off-roaders, rock crawlers, overlanders doing extreme trails, or those who frequently drive in muddy/rugged conditions.
