On 12 January 2026, 8th Division CAA Affairs Office welcomed the new Chief DCAO, COL MARLON P MOJICA GSC (INF) PA. The Change of Office was held at Abandor Hall, Camp Lukban, Catbalogan City, Samar and presided by COL ELMER M BOONGALING GSC (INF) PA. The out-going Chief DCAO, COL JEFFREY P BALINGAO conveyed his sincere gratitude to all the personnel and CAAs for their support and unwavering dedication to duty. His leadership inspired his subordinates and improved the morale of CAAs in 8ID's Area of Operations.
