I failed as a mom.

Because I didn’t raise him to cling to me forever.
I raised him to build his own home, to love someone the way I taught him to love, and to stand beside her the way his father stood beside me.

Motherhood isn’t about keeping them close forever,
it’s about preparing them to love someone else right.
And when that day comes…
I’ll be proud to let go. ✨

When my “MULTO” isn’t a person

But the career I failed to pursue because I became a wife and a mom.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the family I’ve built. They’re my life, and I have no regrets.
But there are quiet moments when I can’t help but wonder…
What if I didn’t stop working?
What if I chose a different path?
Where would I be now?

Then I remind myself that not all dreams end when motherhood begins.
Some just take a different form, a slower pace, a deeper meaning.

With your child beside you, you can still chase your dreams.
You didn’t lose yourself, you just found a new reason to keep going.

Motherhood is a profession... fully interesting, challenging, and as honorable as any career in the world. ✨❤️

She’s not the reflection of me, she’s the evolution.

My daughter doesn’t exist to mirror who I am, she’s not here to walk in my footsteps, repeat my choices, or carry the burdens of my past.

She’s not my second chance.
She’s her own person who’s going to be stronger, kinder, resilient, and more graceful then I ever was.

She carries pieces of me…
My eyes, smile, my laugh when she’s really belly deep in joy, my hair colour.

But she’s not mine to mold into a version of myself. Shes not the sequel to my story, she’s a whole new story entirely.

She’ll go places I’ve never dared, speak her mind, and say things I was taught to swallow.

Watching her grow I see progress.
I see healing and growth.

Shes not me, she’s more than I could ever be.
And I thank the universe everyday for that.
