Rest is not laziness 🤍

You don’t have to earn your rest.
You don’t have to prove your worth through constant doing.

It’s okay to pause.
It’s okay to slow down.
It’s okay to take a break 💛

Even in rest, you are still enough.

God is not measuring your productivity—
He cares about your heart.

So today, release the guilt.
Breathe deeply.
And allow yourself to rest.

You need it more than you think 🤍

Be gentle with yourself today…

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to get everything right.

Some days are slower.
Some days feel heavier.
Some days you’re just doing your best—and that’s enough 🤍

God doesn’t expect perfection from you.
He calls you to walk in compassion, kindness, and gentleness… even toward yourself 💛

So if today feels hard,
speak to yourself with grace.

You’re still growing.
You’re still learning.
You’re still held.

Motherhood is beautiful… but also exhausting.

It’s the cuddles and the chaos.
The laughter and the long days.
The love that fills your heart… and the tiredness that fills your body.

Some days feel magical.
Some days feel overwhelming.

And both can exist at the same time 🤍

If you’ve ever felt guilty for being tired,
for needing a break,
for not enjoying every single moment…

You’re not a bad mom.
You’re a human one 💛

Give yourself grace today.
You’re doing something incredibly important—even on the hard days.

Today is quiet.

The waiting.
The silence.
The in-between…

Black Saturday reminds us that not every moment feels clear or hopeful.

Sometimes, we sit in the unknown.
Sometimes, we don’t understand what God is doing.

But even in the silence—He is still at work 🤍

Even when it feels like nothing is happening,
God is moving in ways we cannot see.

So today, be still.
Rest in Him.
Trust the process 💛

Sunday is coming.

Even when you’re tired.
Even when it feels like nothing is changing.
Even when no one sees how much you’re giving…

The love you pour out every day matters.
The patience, the sacrifices, the quiet faithfulness—it’s not wasted.

And in His perfect timing,
there will be a harvest.

Rest is allowed.

And give yourself permission to slow down.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

but because He is.

Don’t lose heart.

Not just physically—
but mentally, emotionally, spiritually.

And yet… you keep going.

Mama, God sees every silent sacrifice, every long day, every moment you feel like you’re running on empty 🤍

He doesn’t expect you to do it all alone.

When you feel weak, that’s where His strength meets you.
