On Monday, 𝘈𝘶𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵 25, 2025, a Holiday where we will celebrate, honor and remember the sacrifices, courage, patriotism and selflessness of the heroed who gave their lives as a significance of their endless love for their fellow Filipinos and the Philippines.

They mark as a very significant part of our history and is worth to remember forever. We owe them the freedom that we get to experience now. The character they've shown serves as a great example for today's generation and the next ones.

3RD DAY OF EXAMINATION NA!!! 🤞

Hindi naman laging about sa mataas na grade — minsan, ang panalo ay ‘yung nakatawid ka, nakasabay ka, at hindi ka bumitaw kahit ang daming struggles. 📝 Kahit 75, 76, or basta pasang-awa, small win pa rin ‘yan kasi ibig sabihin LUMABAN ka at hindi ka sumuko! 💪

Life is not always about perfection, it’s about progress. 🥰

Kaya if naka-survive ka sa quiz, exam, or kahit sa isang hassle week ng requirements, i-celebrate mo rin sarili mo. Kahit simpleng milk tea, samgyup, o binge watch ng favorite series, deserve mo ‘yan. 🌈

Today, we honor a man whose courage lit the spark of change in our nation.

Ninoy may not have worn the title of president, but he led with the heart of a true patriot. He stood for truth, justice, freedom, and gave his life for the country he loved.🕊️

🗣️May we recognize this day not just as a simple “day off”, but as a remembrance that the freedom we enjoy today was paid for by sacrifice.

May Ninoy’s legacy remind us that one voice, one act of courage, can move a nation.

Tandaan, hindi lahat ng laban kayang daanin sa tiwala lang kay Guardian Angel — minsan kailangan din ng sipag, tiyaga, at kaunting caffeine! ✨

Mga CALANIANS, 'wag natin hintayin na bumagsak tayo sa exam bago natin marealize na dapat pala nag-aral tayo. Kahit gaano pa karaming oras ang ginugol sa gala, TikTok, o tulog, siguraduhin na may quality time ka rin para magbasa ng notes, gumawa ng reviewers, at seryosohin ang paghahanda.

Yes, mahirap at nakakatamad minsan, pero isipin mo na lang: ang grades ay bunga ng effort na ininvest mo ngayon. Kaya habang may oras pa, review na! Baka sa sobrang gala, exam na mismo ang sumalo sa’yo. 😂

CALA Institute of the Philippines Inc. hosted a free Medical and Dental services during the Medical Caravan in partnership with Let'sCare- Life saver and Konsulta Provider Life Saver Primary Care Clinic held last Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

The program offered free checkups,health consultations, and dental cleaning, aiming to bring quality healthcare closer to the community. Local health workers, volunteer doctors, and nurses worked together to ensure that everyone in need was served. The initiative reflects the commitment to making healthcare accessible to all.

💌We would like to share our great appreciation to the Let'sCare- Life Saver, Calanians, Teachers, school staffs, and Administrators who cooperated and made this program a success!!🎉
