DepEd Tayo Ladislao Diwa ES Green Cubs delivered an outstanding performance at the Division Athletic Meet Dance Sports Competition held at the LDES Multi-Purpose Hall, earning a total of 12 gold and 12 silver medals across various events.
Leading the team were Khrizelle Louise C. Peรฑarroyo and Gavin Franco L. Quibael, who topped the Modern Standard category with exceptional performances in the Waltz, Samba, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, and Grade A events. Their fluid movements and control drew loud cheers from the crowd and earned them multiple gold finishes.
Jace Lorde P. Zaragoza and Luan Kaidee Camilo also contributed to the teamโs medal haul with polished and graceful performances that secured silver medals in the same division.
In the Latin American juvenile division, Michael Wyne M. Tabo and Jaycel B. Neri showed remarkable energy and flair, winning gold medals in the Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive Grade A events, along with silver medals in the Samba and Cha-cha.
Rounding out the Green Cubsโ strong performance, Emmanuel Angelo D. Paningbatan and Franzeine Danielle V. Leyva claimed gold medals in the Samba and Cha-cha and silver medals in the Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive Grade A categories.
