Today, we lovingly remember the departed third bishop of the Diocese of Imus, ๐Œ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐‘๐ž๐ฏ. ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐ž๐ฅ ๐‚. ๐’๐จ๐›๐ซ๐ž๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฌ, ๐ƒ.๐ƒ., whose death anniversary we commemorate.

With grateful hearts, we thank God for the gift of his life, his faithful witness, and his dedicated service to the Church. Though he has completed his earthly pilgrimage, the fruits of his ministry continue to inspire and strengthen the faithful.

Let us offer our prayers for the eternal repose of his soul, trusting in the promise of Christ, who conquered death and opened the gates of eternal life. May the Lord grant him everlasting peace, and may perpetual light shine upon him.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen. ๐Ÿ™

GOOD NEWS: Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel sa Evo City sa Kawit, Cavite, napabilang sa finalist ng World Architecture Festival 2026.

CAVITE, PATUNGO SA WORLD ARCHITECTURE STAGE

Isang simbahan sa Kawit, Cavite ang magdadala ng karangalan sa Pilipinas matapos mapabilang sa mga finalist ng World Architecture Festival (WAF) 2026.

Ang Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel sa Evo City, na dinisenyo ng Dominic Galicia Architects, ay kabilang sa 416 shortlisted projects mula sa iba't ibang panig ng mundo. Ipapakita ang proyekto sa World Architecture Festival na gaganapin sa Nobyembre 18 hanggang 20, 2026 sa Broward County Convention Center sa Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

Ang disenyo ng simbahan ay hango sa Vesica Piscis, isang sagradong geometric symbol na kumakatawan sa ugnayan ng espirituwal at pisikal na mundo sa pamamagitan ni Kristo. Idinisenyo rin ito upang mas mapakinabangan ang natural na liwanag sa loob ng simbahan, na nagbibigay ng natatanging karanasan sa mga mananampalataya.

Itinuturing ang World Architecture Festival bilang pinakamalaking live-judged architecture awards program sa mundo, kung saan nagsasama-sama ang mga nangungunang arkitekto upang ipakita ang kanilang mga makabagong disenyo.
