I’ve been quiet for more than a month, working on something God has placed in my hands. 💖
Honestly, a laundry business was never part of my plan. I’ve always imagined putting up something related to food—like a grocery with a bakeshop or simple meals for everyday people, especially since malapit kami sa mga schools. But God’s plans are always higher and better than ours.
It all started when our rental space was put on a commercial rate by Maynilad, which also affected our household since it was connected to the area we were leasing out. Because of that, I thought, “Better kung magpa-laundry na lang ako para maka-save sa Maynilad water bills.”
At the same time, I noticed that the laundry shops nearby were often full, and I personally had to bring our clothes all the way to the city just to get them done. Then, just a few days later, the meat shop renting our space informed us they would be closing by February 16.
That was the turning point.
So I decided to start a laundry business—but knowing that we still have plans to eventually move to Dubai where my husband is , I knew I needed a partner. I asked my sister, and surprisingly, it was also something they had been thinking about.
Coincidence? No. This was God’s plan unfolding.
And guess what—just a few days before we opened, the laundry shop near us had already closed. God was truly making room for us. 🙏
After a month of prayer, planning, and preparation, Lab-a-Da Laundry Shop was officially launched on March 17, 2026. 🧺✨
Truly, when it is God’s will, everything falls into place. He provides, He leads, and He makes a way.
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” – Proverbs 16:3
