Throwback 11 years ago… kahit baha, tuloy pa rin ang biyahe to workplace.
Almost 2 hours papunta sa office, at 2 hours din pauwi.

Grabe how much we endured just to show up for work — soaked shoes, long commutes, at pagod na katawan. Looking back, I realize how strong and determined we were. 🙏💪

Still feeling under the weather today, so I asked my sister to cook beef nilaga 🥣😋 After celebrating my win yesterday with my ad launch, I’m taking it a bit slow today.
But here’s the great part — even while I rest, my digital business keeps running. I woke up to messages in my inbox, and some are still sending inquiries. 🙌

😷 Having a sore throat… nahawa na ako ng bunso ko. He has cough, fever, and sore throat, for 3 days. I accompanied him to the clinic for check-up. As a Mom, kahit grown up na sila, instinct pa rin to be with them no matter what age they are.
🙏 Praying for fast healing for both of us—and for anyone not feeling well today. 💜

Yesterday, I went to my Ophthalmologist for my routine eye checkup. This is one of the most important things I do now for my health — especially because I had eye concerns back when I was still busy working. I experienced a retinal detachment and later cataract, which made me realize how crucial it is to take care of our vision.

Minsan, kapag abala tayo sa trabaho o sa dami ng ginagawa sa buhay, napapabayaan natin ang simpleng checkups. Pero tandaan, prevention is always better than cure. 🩺✨

👉 Regular checkups = early detection + peace of mind
👉 Healthy eyes = better quality of life and years to enjoy with family.
