i honestly don't understand how exols can go as far as to har@ss or blame suho, or even question his leadership. his role as a leader is just a position in the group, not handling legal matters.
remember back then, during their promotions, when KW suddenly left exo? the rest of the members were all shocked, clueless, and hurt to the point that they couldn't go on stage to accept their win, but suho still stood there alone for the group. it must've hurt him deeply too, but he still did it regardless because that's his responsibility as a leader.
at that time even when they're still together, and their bond is closer than family they had no idea about the ongoing conflict between SM and KW because that was a PERSONAL LEGAL ISSUE, something beyond their control. it's the same situation now. suho can't interfere in a lawsuit that has nothing to do with him coz it's the members' personal and legal matters against the company. it's not suho's place to speak on behalf of CBX, their legal team is the only one authorized to handle and discuss the case with SM. if suho involves himself in that matter, it could be seen as interference or even obstruction, since the case is already in court. on top of that, it would be disrespectful to CBX. they're adults and perfectly capable of handling their own legal matters. having suho speak for them could make it seem as if they can't stand up for themselves or manage their own case. this is a legal issue and by law, only the parties directly involved are allowed to speak about it.
i'm sure SM is satisfied seeing fans fight and blame Suho instead of them. but honestly, we have bigger fish to fry. our focus should be on hoping SM loses the lawsuit against CBX, because if that case doesn't end well, we might never get the OT9 reunion we've all been wishing for.
