I weighed 70kg this past few months that made an abrupt change in my body and health. I had cough & cold for weeks, had fever, sore throat and even UTI due to the weight I gain from eating too much specially sweets. As I felt ill, I lose 4kg because it's hard to swallow the food while having sore throat and I did lost my appetite that time. So, as part of embracing myself, I realized I need to be healthy and take good care of my own body.
