A few days after I started talking to my now wife Kristine, she asked me to write down three wishes and told me not to share them with her or anyone else.

I did what she said, wrote them down in a notebook, and honestly, forgot all about it.

Today, while going through some old stuff, I found that notebook. And what amazes me is this: everything I wrote down came true.

Back then, I had never met Kristine in person.
I was just renting. I had zero followers.

My wishes:
1. Fall in love & marry Kristine.
2. Buy a beautiful home.
3.Succeed at travel vlog/Insta & Youtube.

Now, I look around at my life and realizeโ€ฆ dreams really do come true.

We recently saw a video of a foreigner bragging about how cheap he got his food from a vendor by haggling. It made us want to speak up. Sure, getting a discount feels good, but when itโ€™s from someone earning so little, sometimes not even sure if they will sell all their goods, it just feels wrong.

To those who can afford to pay full price, know that you are helping a family survive. When you see a small street vendor, please donโ€™t haggle. They are already making so little, sometimes not even enough to cover their capital. That small amount could be their only income for the day.
