DAY 5: Feelings Are Meant to Be Felt
You don’t need permission to feel. Your sadness, frustration, exhaustion, or even joy is valid. Too often, we’re told to be “strong” by suppressing our emotions. But true strength is allowing yourself to feel them without guilt. You are not “too much.” You’re not broken for being emotional. You are a whole, feeling human being—and you deserve space to process what’s inside without apology. Your feelings are not weaknesses; they’re messages asking to be heard. 🎧🫶
