*How NCAP Works*

1. CCTV cameras record vehicles committing traffic violations.
2. Recorded violations are reviewed, validated, and encoded into the NCAP system.
3. A Notice of Violation is sent to the vehicle's registered owner.
4. Owners can pay fines through Landbank Link.BizPortal or the MMDA Redemption Office.

*Recent Updates*

The NCAP was reimplemented on May 26, 2025, after the Supreme Court lifted a temporary restraining order. On the first day of reimplementation, hundreds of traffic violations were recorded ² ³.
