Our team is grateful for the opportunity to support the pre-planning of the leaders of LGU Oslob from their Executive and Legislative offices. Helping them review their vision and helping them clarify their strategic choices based on the complexity and urgency of their social challenges through the principles of systems thinking and evidence-based planning are, indeed, moments of fulfillment. The leadership of Mayor Guaren and Vice Mayor Edel reinforced the magnitude of the importance of the code that binds these public servants together - the RA 6713.

Proud of you Ms. Lalaine Abasolo - Bate and Sir Ridentor Balmores for the solid support and your agility to ensure that the learning engagement is meaningful and worthwhile.

People who are silent during oppression are considered to be on the side of the oppressor because their inaction allows injustice to continue, effectively consenting to the status quo of oppression. Let us demand transparency and accountability.🇵🇭

Designing a training on Personality Development in the workplace must be anchored on the essentials - the Core Values of the organization. Without these values, it will be challenging for an organization to identify its moral compass.🧭

Grateful to facilitate the Module about Powerful Leadership Personality with my sister, Engr. Grace Nacorda. Thank you again Priland Business School for the opportunity. ❤️

This is Mama Pacing's Bonifacia Nacorda altar beside her bed. One of her greatest gifts to us is her faith. When we were kids, she taught us how to pray. Up until now, when we are at a crossroad, we find ourselves here, with her. We l❤️ve you Mama.

While the controversy about corruption is in the national headlines, here we are continuing our advocacy on building the character of leaders and future leaders of the corporate world.

Again, hats off to Priland Business School for this initiative. It is an honor for me to facilitate the Module on Leading and Motivating Real Estate Teams. The energy I am taking from the participants gave me hope that there is still hope for a better Philippines. 🇵🇭

I feel blessed to serve the church that I grew up with. Thank you to the officers especially to Sir Russell, Sir Albert and Sir Philip for inviting me to share to you my thoughts on Youth Leadership prior to the election of the new set of officers of Sto. Tomas de Villanueva Parish Youth Coordinating Council aka Mga Anak ni Tomas sa Pardo.

Happy to see my nephew Kuya Jude Christoper Valenzuela stepping up to his new role as the Worship Chairperson. Thank you also Fr. Soc Saldua for the support and guidance.

Congrats to the new set of officers! May God continue to give you that burning inspiration as you continue to lead the Pardohanon youth.

Happy that we from the NGOs were part of the 3-Day Workshop in coming up with a 3-year Strategic Plan of the Cebu Provincial Government. The activity was facilitated by the DILG 𝓢𝓾𝓰𝓫𝓸 Provincial Director and his team. Very blessed to have shared our output of the Development Administration group and happy to have seen the output of the rest of the development sectors. This is a sign of hope. There is hope for a better Cebu. ❤️

”A Leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” - John C.Maxwell

Not just any way but the RIGHT way.

Jesus is the epitome of God’s leader who knows, goes and shows the right way. Jesus declared 📖 “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6

Are we leaders who follow Jesus? Leaders after Jesus’ own heart?

🔸No matter how good we plan, we do not, and cannot, see the big picture. Only God can. As Jesus listened and obeyed the Father’s plan, we should follow Jesus who knows the best plan for us.
📖 “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.” John 5:19
📖 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:11-13

🔸Jesus leads us through His Word in scripture, His indwelling Holy Spirit, through the counsel of other godly believers and through our myriad circumstances where by discernment we see His Hand and movement. As we commit to walk by faith with Jesus, step by step daily, we will accomplish His plan and purpose.
📖 “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails.” Proverbs 19:21
📖 “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” Isaiah 30:21

🔸We need to go the RIGHT way in Jesus’ standards and not veer towards self-centered and ungodly ways. Going the right way entails working with integrity of heart and skillful hands (Psalm 78:72). It may take longer, it may be more costly, we may be mocked and misunderstood, but going the right way is the only way we can please God.
📖 “And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord, that it may go well with you, and that you may go in and take possession of the good land that the Lord swore to give to your fathers” Deuteronomy 6:18

🔸We must show others the right way. Everything we do and decide ripples out, affecting those around us. Jesus led His followers towards the right way, with love and mercy. Much like a shepherd leading his flock to green pastures and still waters. Jesus showed the “hows of doing right” by teaching and leading by example. As a result people were blessed, healed and led to God. (Psalm 23, John 13)

🔸🔸🔸
Ours is but to follow Jesus and let His Holy Spirit lead us. As we submit, He will lead us to The Way, The Truth, The Life that has eternal impact and influence

Public service requires strength of character, relevant competence, and moral compass that might place one in a challenging situation. However, for as long as your heart is in the right place, the genuineness of service will continue to flow and reach those who need it the most.❤️

Thank you Cebu Provincial Director, Dr. Jesus Robel Sastrillo of DILG 𝓢𝓾𝓰𝓫𝓸 for the space for me to share the topic on Uplifting Service to your team composed of Cluster Heads, Field Officers and Office Personnel. The honor is mine and let's continue the conversation. Happy to see new friends, old pals and previous colleagues.❤️

Thank you RBG & Sir Richard De los Reyes for the trust and support for me to help in our initiatives for our partners.🙏
