In this episode of Sincerely, Meik, I’m opening up about a part of my life that I kept in silence for a long time.

This is the story I never told. A story about childhood trauma, pain, confusion, survival, and the weight of carrying something alone when you were too young to understand it.

I’m not sharing this to be pitied. I’m sharing this because sometimes, the things we keep inside are the same things we need to release in order to heal.

This episode is for anyone who grew up carrying pain quietly, who felt unheard, or who had to be strong before they were ready.

I hope this reminds you that your story matters, your pain is real, and what happened to you was never your fault.
