JUST IN: The Supreme Court has directed President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. to submit his comment within 10 days on a petition seeking to compel him to undergo physical and mental examination, including a hair follicle drug test.
The April 10 petition, filed by retired military personnel, seeks the release of medical reports to confirm the President’s fitness and was lodged days before he appeared in Malacañang, jogging and doing jumping jacks while dismissing health rumors.
Executive Secretary Ralph Recto was also named as a co-respondent and has been similarly directed to submit a comment. | via Erika Sinaking/BusinessWorld
