We’re still buzzing from yesterday’s truly inspiring workshop (August 7, 2025) at the beautiful Maayo Hotel!

A huge thank you to the Phil Society for Training & Development (PSTD) Cebu Corp. for bringing together such a meaningful gathering of people passionate about growth and leadership.

EmergePH had the privilege of sharing what we care about most. Our founder Eli Harrell was the main speaker with the support of our Cofounder Gladys Palarca, they were leading a powerful session on embedding our coaching framework into company culture, a framework participants were able to practice in real time.

The room was alive with engagement, and the feedback was deeply moving.

Many shared that when coaching becomes a core part of how we work, engagement, performance, and connection all improve, and they loved how humane and people-centered the framework is.

This only reaffirms what we believe: creating a human-centered culture isn’t just possible, it’s essential.

We’re honored to have been part of ICT Month 2025 last Saturday, a meaningful initiative paving the way for the new wave of workforce in Dumaguete.

Big thanks to WrkPod and the ICT Council for bringing together students from across local colleges and speakers from diverse industries. Events like this help bridge classroom learning with real-world shifts, and we’re grateful to contribute to that bridge.

Our Founder, Eli Harrell, shared insights on How to Future-Proof Yourself with AI… not by resisting change, but by approaching it with curiosity and a human-centered mindset.
