Boom! Yari ka Orly Guteza malamang kulungan ang bagsak mo ngayon pati na rin ang handler mo na si ex-Congressman Mike Defensor at apparent coddler na si Senator Rodante Marcoleta.
Malinaw ang 11-page order ni Judge Carolina Icasiano-Singson may nangyaring "falsification" sa ginawa ni Guteza at dahil si Defensor ang nagdala sa kanya patungo kay Marcoleta - damay din silang dalawa.
Yun ang resulta sa dispalipalinghado na affidavit "Sinumpaang Salaysay" na binasa ni Guteza sa Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing noong September 25, 2025.
Isang Atty. Petchie Rose Espera ang diumano lumagda ng notaryo sa naturang affidavit ngunit sumulat ang nasabing abogada ng "incident report" kay Judge Singson at ayon sa order ng huwes, falsified ang nasabing dokumento dahil hindi ito ang pirma ni Aspera.
βSuccinctly, it is an established rule, well-buttressed upon reason, that in the absence of a satisfactory explanation, when a person has in his possession or control a falsified document and who makes use of the same, the presumption or inference is justified that such person is the forger or the one who caused the forgery and, therefore, guilty of falsification,β nakasaad na bahagi ng 11-page order ni Sison bunsod sa incident report ni Atty. Espera.
Nilinaw ng huwes na "criminal offense" ang nagawa ni Guteza dahil ito ay "falsification of documents" kaya malamang kulungan ang bagsak ni Guteza .
βThe act of falsifying a notary publicβs signature constitutes a criminal offense under the Revised Penal Code, as amended, specifically falsification of documents. Such falsification undermines the integrity of the notarial process and poses a threat to the credibility of legal instruments executed before notaries public,β nakasaad pa din sa nasabing order.
Ang isa sa matibay na basihan ni Judge Singson ay ang findings ng forensic analysis ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na hindi kay Atty. Espera ang pirma sa notaryo, "were not written by one and the same person" kaya talagang madidiin si Guteza.
Ni-refer ni Judge Singson ang nasabing insidente sa Department of Justice (DOJ) for further investigation at filing of appropriate charges laban kay Guteza kasama na ang ibang tao na gumamit nito at nagpresenta ng sinabing affidavit.
"Further, pursuant to this Office's authority under the aforementioned Rule, the falsification incident is hereby referred to the Department of Justice for further investigation and filing of appropriate charges against Mr. Guteza and all other person who used and or presented the Sinumpaang Salaysay," ayon pa rin mismo sa order ng Manila RTC Executive Judge.
Indeed, what happened was not just a legal bombshell against Guteza, Defensor and Marcoleta, it was sort of a vindication for the man who was the target of their overt "black propaganda" and "character assassination," - former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
Inbento lang nila ang lahat laban sa dating Speaker at dahil nga pawang kasinungalingan ang lahat silang tatlo ngayon ang nalagay sa alanganin.
Dahil criminal offense, tiyak kulungan ang bagsak ng tatlo. Yan ang napala nila, gusto nilang pabagsakin ang inosente na tao, sila tuloy ang bumagsak.
Yari kayo Guteza, Defensor at Marcoleta. Yan ang resulta ng inyong pasabog na ngayon sa mga mukha ninyo mismo sumabog. // PBB
