PLDT Cares, saan ba ako nagkulang?
I reported these internet issues on February 7, although they actually started earlier when I completely lost connection. I was only able to file the report late due to certain circumstances. My due date is every 17th of the month, and I still paid on time so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced.
I made multiple follow-ups, and the agents responded positively, assuring me that they could help with my concern.
I understand that the agents are responsibly taking calls from subscribers, and I’m also aware that they often receive negative feedback from callers.
So until now, I’ve been enduring almost a month just waiting for my internet to be restored.
I’ve been with PLDT since 2020, and I’m no longer under lock-in.
Still, I remain positive.
