Please be advised that temporary full road closures will be implemented in the following areas to give way to the IRONMAN 70.3 Cebu City Leg Run organized by Megaworld:

🛑 Road Closures:
• Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR)
• CSCR Tunnel
• CSCR Viaduct Bridge
• SRP Viaduct Bridge Portion of D. Jakosalem St. (near Puso Village)
• F. Vestil St. – SM Seaside vicinity
• Sinulog Road
• City di Mare – CSCR Entrance
• Nustar – CSCR Exit
• CCLEX

🔁 Traffic Adjustment:
• Two-way traffic will be temporarily implemented at the southbound lanes of the CSCR from El Pardo Junction to the Cebu City–Talisay City Bridge.

🚛 Traffic Advisory:
• Truck and bus ban will be strictly enforced along the affected roads from 5:00 AM to 12:00 NN on August 10, 2025.

⚠️ REMINDER:
• Motorists are advised to take alternative routes to avoid traffic delays.
• Only light vehicles and motorcycles will be allowed to pass through El Pardo Road to SRP Bypass Road during the event.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

A portion of the Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR) viaduct
(Cebu City-bound) will be temporary closed to traffic from 10PM to
4AM starting July 22, 2025 until July 30, 2025 for installation works
on the portal frame above the CSCR.

For the public and motorists' safety, please follow the warning and
directional signs placed near the construction area.

Temporary Full Road Closure at Osmeña Blvd. (from the corner of N. Escario St. up to Don J. Avila St.)

Date and time of implementation:
June 30, 2025, at 1:00 AM until July 1, 2025, at 1:00 AM

Road Closures:
• Osmeña Blvd. (from the corner of N. Escario St. up to Don J. Avila St.)
• Gov. M. Roa St.
• Ramos Extension

Traffic Management Plan:
• Vehicles going northbound will take a right turn at Don J. Avila St., make a left turn at J. Osmeña St., and a right turn at N. Escario St.
• Vehicles going southbound from M. Velez St. will take Don G. Garcia St.
• Vehicles going southbound from N. Escario St. will take a left turn at J. Osmeña St. and made a right turn at Don J. Avila St. or continue on J. Osmeña St.
• N. Escario St. is still passable, but this may change without prior notice.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY

Heavy traffic was reported on the Marcelo Fernan Bridge (from Lapu-Lapu City to Mandaue City) on Friday, May 23, 2025, due to a multiple-vehicle collision. Traffic is rerouted to Sergio Osmeña Bridge going to Mandaue City.
