On 23 November 2025, the CTU-Main ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 7th Military Instruction for the First Semester at the CTU Main Campus. This instruction served as another important milestone in strengthening the discipline, skills, and leadership capabilities of the cadets for Academic Year 2025, 2026.

Platoon leaders facilitated the checking of attendance and bearings of their Basic ROTC Cadets in their designated areas. This ensured proper readiness, accountability, and uniformity before transitioning to the main training activities.

The instruction continued with the discussion and ex*****on of the Basic Drills, along with the introduction of the Moving Drills. These included platoon formation, marching fundamentals, and coordinated movements aimed at developing disciplined, united, and service-driven cadets who embody the values of good citizenship and teamwork.

The 7th Military Instruction played a meaningful role in shaping committed, capable, and service-oriented cadets who reflect the principles of discipline, leadership, and integrity. Through this training, they strengthened their dedication to the ROTC program and prepared themselves to uphold their responsibilities as future leaders devoted to the progress and welfare of the nation.

On 21–22 November 2025, the CTU-Main ROTC Unit was given the honor of performing the Entrance and Exit of Colors during the 45th National Congress of The Fraternal Order of Eagles Philippine Eagles. The national event was held at the Grandland Residences in Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City, bringing together members and leaders from various regions across the country.

This prestigious two-day gathering, hosted by the Central Visayas Eagles Region, served as a formal assembly of the organization as it renewed its mission of unity, civic engagement, and strong fraternal leadership. The congress also emphasized the organization’s theme of strengthening service and fostering meaningful change within communities.

The CTU-Main ROTC Unit, entrusted with the ceremonial presentation of colors, executed their role with discipline, precision, and respect. Their participation contributed to the dignity and solemnity of the Eagle Governors Night on 21 November 2025 and the National President’s Night on 22 November 2025, symbolizing patriotism and honoring the traditions upheld by both the ROTC and the Philippine Eagles.

This collaboration between the Philippine Eagles and the CTU-Main ROTC Unit highlighted a shared dedication to leadership, service, and nation-building. On 17 November 2025, the Cebu Technological University– Main Campus was selected as one of the technical tour sites for the 31st Session of the Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF 31), hosted by the Philippine Space Agency in partnership with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. The event, held at the CebuTech Gymnatorium, gathered delegates and representatives from various Asia-Pacific nations.

The technical tour highlighted the university’s ongoing projects and research initiatives related to space exploration and technological development. Through this presentation, CTU showcased its contributions to scientific advancement and reaffirmed its role in fostering innovation at the regional and international levels.

To ensure the smooth flow and security of the event, the CTU-Main Reserve Officer’s Training Corps was requested to extend its presence and assistance. On 16 November 2025, the CTU-Main ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 6th Military Instruction for the First Semester at the CTU Main Campus. This instruction served as another significant milestone in enhancing the discipline, skills, and leadership capabilities of the cadets for Academic Year 2025–2026.

These drills aimed to develop disciplined, united, and service-driven cadets who embody the values of good citizenship and teamwork.

The instruction continued with the discussion and ex*****on of the Manual of Arms and Moving with Arms. This training reinforced precision, safety, and uniformity among the cadets, ensuring they understood and performed the movements correctly as future leaders of the Corps.

The 6th Military Instruction served as a vital step in shaping disciplined, responsible, and patriotic cadets who uphold the values of service, leadership, and integrity. Through this training, they continue to strengthen the ideals of the ROTC program and prepare themselves to become future leaders dedicated to the nation’s progress.
