He added, saying, "Eight years ago, while serving in Australia, I saw beautiful Filipinos gathering every year to celebrate the Feast of Sto. Niño. Now, I see the full glory of the celebration. In my first glimpse of the true image of Sto. Niño in the Basilica, I realized and said YOU ARE THE REASON FOR THE FAITH OF THE PEOPLE."
