NEWS UPDATE: Pagasa-Mactan reiterates reminders for public to take precautions and obey orders from authorities as Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) moves closer to the Visayas.

Latest forecasts showed that the highest storm signal—Wind Signal No. 4—may be hoisted over certain parts in Cebu, particularly in Camotes Island, within the day.

Tino is expected to bring heavy rains, and strong wind in the Visayas areas beginning Monday, Nov. 3. More details to follow. | via Morexette Marie Erram
