“Eva,” is a short film produced by Tabi-Tabi Po Productions, a film crew composing of 2nd Year B.A. Communication Students. We are currently raising funds and are in need of your help to bring this story of loss, mystery, and superstition to the screen this coming May 2025.

Daghang salamat, Sabaans, for sticking with us through the highs, lows, and all the chaos this semester threw at us. From Madam Abash’s legendary sass to Mumu’s surprise (and spooky) appearances, we made it through with laughter, purpose, and unforgettable moments. Every shout, every spark, and every stand we took this sem wasn’t just noise—it was passion.

Pagsidlak sa Kahayag: Illuminating Generations Through the Parol ⭐️

In the heart of Barangay Guadalupe, Nanay Maribeth Torralba continues to craft more than just parols, she creates light that tells a story. Selling her radiant lanterns at Flowers 15 in Carbon Market, her hands carry on a tradition passed down from her parents, Guadalupe’s original parol makers.

Once made with delicate Japanese paper, these parols were not just decorations but symbols of hope that lit their family’s path to a brighter future. For Nanay Maribeth, every lantern she crafts radiates the resilience, joy, and determination that led her children to become successful professionals today.

Featured in ABS-CBN’s 2019 segment on parol making, her work remains a shining testament to how light, passed down through generations, can guide families to triumph.
