Tatlong dolphin ang natagpuang patay sa magkahiwalay na lugar sa Bais City, Negros Oriental.

Ayon sa mga saksi, isang pod o grupo ng mga nanghihinang dolphin ang namataang lumalangoy sa mababang bahagi ng dagat nitong Enero 27 ng umaga.

Tinawag ang Bais City Police para ma-rescue ang aabot sa 10 dolphins.

Pinilit dalhin ng mga pulisya, tauhan ng bantay-dagat at Philippine Coast Guard ang mga dolphin sa malalim na parte ng dagat.

Pito ang naibalik sa malalim na parte ng karagatan, habang ang tatlo ay pumanaw na.

Ayon sa mga awtoridad, posibleng ang biglang pag-low tide at ang pagka-stranded ng mga dolphin sa mababaw na parte ng karagatan ang sanhi ng pagkamatay ng tatlo sa mga ito. Magsasagawa ng necropsy report ang Bais City para maimbestigahan pa ito.

77-YEAR-OLD MAN DIES IN KALUNASAN, CEBU CITY FIRE
