SUBJECT : IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP REACTIVATION POLICY FOR DELINQUENT MEMBERS

In line with the United Architects of the Philippines' commitment to membership accessibility, member retention, and organizational sustainability, the National Board of Directors approved NBD Resolution No. 139, Series of 2025–2026, entitled "National Membership Reactivation Policy for Delinquent Members" during its Seventh National Board of Directors Meeting FY 2025-2026 held on 20 June 2026 at the UAP National Headquarters.

This policy establishes a fair, consistent, and uniform framework for restoring inactive members to active status. This policy aims to remove unreasonable l financial barriers to reactivation, strengthen Chapter membership, and increase participation within the organization.

A New Beginning for the Datu Lapu Lapu Chapter!

𝗔𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮 (center) was formally inaugurated as 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 of the UAP Datu Lapu-Lapu Chapter for FY 2026–2027 during the UAP Inaugural 2026 at Solaire Resort North, Quezon City, last June 21.

Congratulations, Ar. Joachim Michael Espina, on your official inauguration as UAP Datu Lapu-Lapu Chapter President for FY 2026–2027! Your leadership marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the Datus. We wish you immense success, wisdom, and fulfillment as you lead the profession forward.
