A vibrant celebration of faith, culture, and community spirit in honor of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel—the beloved Patron Saint of Baliangao Parish. 🙏🌊

This year’s Street Dancing and Civic Parade brought together the energy and talent of three dynamic clusters represented by:

• Cluster 3: Mt. Carmel High School of Baliangao, Inc.
• Cluster 1: Baliangao School of Fisheries
• Cluster 2: Roque L. Su Memorial National High School

Alongside the colorful performances of the Drum and Lyre Corps of the three secondary schools and the Baliangao Central Elementary School.

Also gracing the festivities were the Honorable Municipal Mayor, Hon. Golda "Sweet" Yap-Resma, Sangguniang Bayan Members, Uniformed Personnel, LGU Employees & JO’s, Barangay and SK Officials, Teachers, 4Ps Beneficiaries, and the vibrant Baliangaoanon community.

BALIANGAO Fluvial Procession 2025 | A Sea of Faith and Gratitude 🙏🚤 [Same Day Edit]

As part of the Feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and the 16th Dagatnon Festival, the people of Baliangao gathered once again for the annual Fluvial Procession—a heartfelt tradition honoring our beloved Patron Saint, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.

Held at Punta Miray Port, Baliangao, Misamis Occidental, the fluvial procession journeyed through the serene waters of Murcielagos Bay, carrying prayers and devotion across the waves. This spiritual voyage is a symbol of unwavering faith and deep gratitude for our town’s bountiful seas and rich natural blessings.

Graced by the presence of Municipal Mayor Hon. Golda “Sweet” Yap-Resma, her husband Dr. Roland Resma, the SB Members, various government agencies, and the parish priest of Baliangao, the event was a beautiful display of unity, culture, and faith. 💛
