500g ground pork
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
1 medium potato, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water

“Pork Menudo na di mawawala sa mga handaan "

Ingredients:
1/4 kg pork – diced
1 small potato – diced
1 small carrot – diced
1 small onion – chopped
3 cloves garlic – minced
1/2 cup tomato sauce/paste
1 cup water
1 small bell pepper – sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil

Instructions:
1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add the pork and cook until lightly browned.
3. Pour in the tomato sauce and water. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until pork is tender.
4. Add potatoes and carrots. Cook until vegetables are soft.
5. Add bell pepper (if using), then adjust salt and pepper to taste.
7. Simmer for another 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens a bit.

Serve with rice—sarap pa rin kahit walang hotdog or liver kasi nakalimotan ko. 🥹🥹 Sorry po.

Korean Fried Chicken (Crispy & Spicy!)

Ingredients:
500g chicken wings
1 cup all purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
½ tsp salt & pepper
Egg
Garlic powder

Sauce:
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 tbsp honey or sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:
Coat chicken with flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Deep fry in hot oil (175°C) for 8-10 mins.

Double fry at 190°C until extra crispy.

In a pan, heat sauce ingredients until thickened.

Toss fried chicken in the sauce. Then serve!

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
2 tbsp oil1 onion (sliced)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 thumb-sized ginger (sliced)2 stalks lemongrass (pounded & tied)
1 liter water or broth
1 green papaya or chayote (sliced)
2 cups malunggay(or any green leaves)
2 tbsp fish sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger in oil.
2️⃣ Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
3️⃣ Pour water/broth, add lemongrass, fish sauce, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Add papaya or chayote, cook until soft.
5️⃣ Stir in your greens, then turn off heat.
6️⃣ Serve hot with rice! 🍚🔥
