President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has released a new update on the government’s ongoing investigation into alleged flood control anomalies, delivered on Friday, November 21, 2025.

According to the latest findings, the Independent Commission on Infrastructure, in coordination with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), has recommended to the Office of the Ombudsman the filing of charges against former House Speaker and Leyte Representative Martin Romualdez and former Ako Bicol party-list Representative Zaldy Co. The two former lawmakers were cited for their alleged involvement in anomalous and irregular flood control projects across the country.

This development marks a major step in the Marcos administration’s efforts to enforce accountability, strengthen government transparency, and ensure that infrastructure funds—particularly flood control budgets—are safeguarded against corruption.

There’s no denying that this massive crowd is remarkable. It is easily one of the largest gatherings I’ve seen fill this entire area. The sheer scale of participation once again demonstrates how the Iglesia ni Cristo is able to mobilize a significant number of its members for major events.

🔍 ZALDY CO CLAIMS HE WAS TOLD TO INSERT P100B IN 2025 BUDGET

Dating kongresista Zaldy Co has released a video claiming that he was allegedly instructed to insert “₱100 billion worth of projects” into the 2025 national budget supposedly for President Bongbong Marcos and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

What the President wants, he gets.”

Note: These statements are allegations made by Zaldy Co and have not yet been independently verified.

According to PAGASA, Cebu recorded 183 millimeters of rainfall between November 3 and 4 — surpassing the province’s average rainfall for the entire month of November. Authorities continue to monitor flood-prone zones and assess long-term solutions to prevent similar disasters in the future. 🌧️
