Sto. Tomas College, Danao City, Inc. (STC-D) in partnership with Quipper will kick off its First Day of In-Service Training for Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel tomorrow, June 7, 2025.

The training will feature Atty. Orville T. Dela Cerna who will lead insightful sessions on:
🔹 Work Ethics and Personality & Service with Passion, Purpose, and Motivation (Morning Session)
🔹 Classroom Management & Educator’s Guide to Student Data Privacy (Afternoon Session)

STC-D PERSONNEL, ROVER SCOUTS JOIN 127TH PH INDEPENDENCE CELEBRATION IN DANAO CITY

In a display of patriotism and unity, personnel of Sto. Tomas College - Danao (STC-D) together with members of the Rover Scout participate in the 127th Philippine Independence Day celebration held today, June 12, 2025, here in Danao City.

The event, spearheaded by the Danao City Government and attended by various public and private sectors, highlighted the nation’s collective responsibility to honor its hard-earned freedom.

Representing STC-D were Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO) Monique P. Esguerra, Rover Scout Circle Manager, Arbene Jake D. Villegas, and Scout Leader Lyle Laurito, who led the contingent of participating personnel and Rover Scouts.

As an Augustinian-Marian institution, the school's participation upholds its civic and institutional commitment, aligning with the following core values: peace and justice, freedom, love and compassion, communitarian, and missionary spirit.

Good evening, Tomasians!

Please be informed that while the class suspension declared by the Mayor for Monday is optional for private schools, we will proceed with our planned schedule. Classes will follow a shortened schedule of 35 minutes per subject to accommodate both the Sinulog practice and the Grade 11 recollection session.

For Grade 11 Class Advisers
📌 The one-day recollection for the three Grade 11 sections will happen tomorrow, Monday. There will no longer be a session on Tuesday.

Reminders for Students:
Bring a pen, notebook, snacks, and packed lunch to avoid leaving the campus during the session.

Modified Grade 11 Recollection Schedule:
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Recollection Session
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Confession
3:00 PM: Mass at STVP Church

Important Note for Teachers:
Teachers assigned to these sections are expected to take turns attending to the needs of the students. Kindly remain near the door outside the session hall during the activity.

Sto. Tomas College, Danao City, Inc. (STC-D) is pleased to announce that classes in both the Integrated Basic Education Department (IBED) and the College Department will officially resume on Monday, January 6, 2025.

PATROL LEADERS GEAR UP FOR LEADERSHIP AT GIRL SCOUTS CAMP PERMIT COURSE

Senior and Cadet Girl Scouts from Sto. Tomas College, Danao City, Inc., led by their GSP Coordinator, Ms. Margaritta L. Hermoso, and Assistant GSP, Reneline S. Ramos joined the Patrol Leader’s Camp Permit Course held at Camp Marina Cebu-Lahug from November 15 to 17, 2024. The training prepared Patrol Leaders to independently guide their patrols in future camping activities, fostering leadership and outdoor skills.
