In a meaningful celebration held last August 4, 2025, Sto. Tomas College, Danao City, Inc. (STC-D) community celebrate its 61st Founding Anniversary, and commemorated the 85th Death Anniversary of Ven. Mother Consuelo Barcelรณ y Pagรฉs, OSA and St. Jean-Marie Baptiste Vianney witnessed the introduction of the newly elected STC-D Board of Directors and Homeroom Parent, Guardian, and Teacher Association (PGTA) Officers.

The Thanksgiving Mass brought together the STC-D community, including students from both the Integrated Basic Education (IBED) and College Department, the teaching and non-teaching personnel, and the Sisters of the Community: Sr. Sheila Kristin B. Amla, OSA, College President; Sr. Mary Sheba O. Principe, OSA, School Treasurer; and Sr. Heriberta S. Catigan, OSA, Head of Student Affairs and Services (SAS).

The Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Dennis Boltron, marking what was noted by some members of the community as possibly his final Eucharistic celebration at STC-D, following his reassignment. Although a previous votive Mass was thought to be his last, this Thanksgiving Mass ultimately became his concluding liturgical service with the institution.

The celebration served not only as a moment of reflection on the institutionโ€™s legacy of Catholic education rooted in Augustinian values, but also as a tribute to the enduring spiritual contributions of Venerable Mother Consuelo Barcelรณ y Pagรฉs, OSA. The event concluded with the formal induction of PGTA officers, underscoring their collective commitment to advancing the holistic development of students and the mission of the institution.
