Makulimlim at Maulang Araw ng Biernes mga mag-Ingat tayo pag lumalabas. Pag hindi naman importante ay mas mabuting manatili sa loob ng ating mga tahanan upang makaiwas sa sakit, sakuna at iba pang trahedya na dulot ng ulan or pagbaha. Huling araw na nman ng Biernes sa Buwan ng Agosto.

Upon recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD), I am ordering the suspension of all classes in all levels in public and private schools on Friday, August 28, 2026, due to inclement weather brought about by the southwest monsoon (habagat) enhanced by a typhoon outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

According to the MCDRRMD, light to moderate rainfall, at times heavy, is expected from morning through noon, with chances of heavy to very heavy rainfall increasing in the afternoon through Saturday.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.
