With heavy hearts, we, the officials and residents of Barangay Poblacion 3, extend our deepest condolences on the untimely passing of Dr. Ceferino “Niño” Revelo. As our RHU doctor, he was more than just a physician—he was a true public servant, a friend to many, and a steady presence in times of need.

Dr. Revelo’s dedication to the health and well-being of our community was evident in every consultation, every outreach, and every life he touched. His loss is deeply felt, and his memory will always remain in the hearts of those he served.🕊️😢😔

FYI: The Local Government Unit of Clarin, in partnership with the Philippine Business for Social Progresss (PBSP), will be conducting a Free Mobile Chest X-Ray Examination as part of their community health initiatives. The activity will be conducted today April 23, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Clarin NHS gym.

All school personnel of Clarin NHS, students aged 15 years and above are invited to avail the said health service.
