The Binibining Paloc 2023 is open to all single ladies of the Municipality of Maragusan who meet the following minimum requirements:
π At least 17 but not more than 24 years old on the date of the proclamation night.
π At least 5β3β in height (barefoot).
π Single of Good Moral Character and reputation, and never given birth or has never been a mother.
π A Filipino citizen, a resident of Maragusan for at least six (6) months.
π Articulate in English and Filipino.

Photocopy of Birth Certificate.

Certificate of residency issued by the Barangay Captain of the place of present residence indicating the inclusive date and period (duration) of residency.
