This is quite alarming.,teachers and administrators have been killed by students. There may be many reasons behind these incidents, but killing is never a justifiable reason. As a teacher myself, I can’t help but feel uneasy when I hear about such cases. Sometimes I’m strict in class, sometimes I’m not, but I often reflect on how being strict can be both a good and a bad thing.
Nowadays, it’s really challenging to deal with students who display serious misbehavior. We handle so many students at school, and it’s difficult to address each one’s needs individually. If we make mistakes along the way, it’s not because we don’t care , the truth is, this job comes with tremendous pressure. I just hope that situations like these can be prevented and that teachers are given the protection we need.
