A family that lost its home in a fire was made to wait two weeks, return repeatedly, and swallow its pride for P200 in aid.
"Nahiya pako i-open to sa opisina nyo mas nakakahiya pala ung laman."
Marvie Amistoso, the Antipolo resident, said they asked for help, not charity, and questioned why election watchers get P500 while fire victims get less.
The post also accused a councilor of using a livestream of their burning house to go viral, then offering no aid beyond questions and demands for requirements.
