Mga KaBangsamoro! Buong puso naming inihahandog sa inyo ang UBJP Party Agenda para sa nalalapit na Parliamentary Elections ngayong October 13, 2025.

Ang siyam(9) na Party Agenda ang magsisilbing matibay na gabay ng UBJP sa pagpapatakbo ng pamahalaang nakabatay sa prinsipyo ng Moral Governance. Sa pamamagitan nito, ang bawat polisiya, programa, at serbisyo ay nakasentro sa kapakanan ng mamamayang Bangsamoro. Ang siyam na agenda ay sumasalamin sa pangarap at prinsipyo ng UBJP para sa isang gobyernong makatarungan, tapat, at tunay na naglilingkod.

CAMP DARAPANAN (6 September 2025/14 Rabi Al-Awwal 1447 AH) — Moro Islamic Liberation Front Central Committee (M**F-CC) Chairman, and United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) President Al Haj Murad Ebrahim welcomed today the courtesy visit of the 102nd Base Command of the Bangsamoro Islamic Armed Forces (BIAF) from Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte.

During the visit, BIAF officials reaffirmed their unwavering support to Chairman Murad’s leadership, sealing it with a solemn bay-a (pledge of allegiance) that echoed the very spirit of their struggle.

The gathering stood as a powerful testament to the unity of the BIAF commands under the M**F, upholding their revolutionary resolve to defend the Bangsamoro cause while advancing the path toward peace, justice, and self-determination.

The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) issues this statement to clarify the events that transpired earlier yesterday, September 5, 2025, at the MBHTE Main Office, Bangsamoro Government Center, Cotabato City.

At around 7:30 a.m., elements of the Philippine National Police (PNP), together with other armed personnel from the Marines and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), entered the MBHTE premises and assisted the Special Auditing Team (SAT) of the Commission on Audit – BARMM in the retrieval of documents from the Office of the Resident COA Auditor of the Ministry.

The Ministry underscores the following circumstances that transpired during the retrieval:

1. The Lead Auditor of the COA Special Audit Team was not present at the MBHTE premises during the retrieval of documents.

2. Only a photocopy of the Memorandum Order purportedly issued by the COA Chairperson was presented to justify the operation.

3. There was no prior coordination with the MBHTE, nor was a Mission Order presented by the armed personnel from the Marines, AFP, and PNP who entered the premises.

4. The documents were physically handled by uniformed personnel instead of COA staff.

5. The presence of heavily armed law enforcement and military personnel in full battle gear inside the Ministry premises was uncalled for. Such an approach caused disruption of work, and unnecessary fear and alarm among the employees of MBHTE, who were merely performing their daily functions in service of the Bangsamoro people.

6. The MBHTE is now conducting a careful review of the incident and will explore the appropriate legal remedies available to it under the circumstances.

While the MBHTE reiterates its commitment to adhere to all lawful auditing processes, we also hope that future undertakings of this nature will be carried out with due regard for coordination, appropriateness, and respect for the working environment of civilian personnel.

Nakipagpulong ang liderato ng United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) sa pangunguna ni Party President Al Haj Murad Ebrahim sa Commission on Elections (COMELEC) na pinamumunuan ni Chairman Atty. George Erwin Garcia.

Sa naturang pagpupulong, sinabi ni Chairman Garcia na handa na ang COMELEC para sa gaganaping parliamentary elections BARMM sa darating na Oktubre 13, 2025.

Aniya, napapanahon na upang magkaroon ng mga halal na opisyal ang rehiyon. Tiniyak din ni Garcia na hinihintay na lamang ng kanilang tanggapan ang pinal na batas kaugnay sa reallocation ng pitong (7) seats mula sa lalawigan ng Sulu. Kung hindi masasapinal ang batas bago ang eleksyon, magpapatuloy umano ang COMELEC base sa kasalukuyang 25 district seats lamang na nakasaad sa BARMM Electoral Code.

Ipinahayag naman ni President Ebrahim na handang-handa na rin ang partido ng UBJP na lumahok sa kauna-unahang eleksyon sa BARMM. Aniya, malakas ang suporta ng liderato ng Moro Islamic Liberation Front (M**F) at ng kanilang partido upang maisakatuparan ang hinihintay na election ng Bangsamoro upang magkaroon na aniya ng malakas na mandato ang mga opisyal na hahawak sa pamahalaan.

Kasama ni Chairman Garcia sa pulong sina COMELEC Commissioner Ernesto Ferdinand Maceda Jr., Executive Director Teopisto Elnas Jr., at Spokesperson John Rex Laudiangco.

Samantala, si President Ebrahim naman ay kasama sina UBJP Party Vice President Mohagher Iqbal at iba pang opisyal ng partido.

Matapos ang pagpupulong, nagbigay rin sila ng pahayag sa mga miyembro ng media hinggil sa naging talakayan.
