New Legal Pathway for Filipino Seasonal Farm Workers to South Korea
The Governments of the Philippines and South Korea have signed a new agreement for the Seasonal Workers Program (SWP).
To protect applicants from illegal recruitment and exploitation, the entire application process is now managed ONLY by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).

⚠️ BABALA (WARNING) ⚠️

* HUWAG MAG-APPLY SA LGU: Ang dating sistema ng pag-apply sa pamamagitan ng LGU (Local Government Unit) o "sister-city agreements" ay HINDI NA PINAPAYAGAN para sa mga bagong aplikante.
* WALANG BROKER O RECRUITER: Ang DMW ang nag-iisang awtorisadong channel. Huwag maniwala sa sinumang tao, ahensya, o "broker" na nangangako ng mabilis na pag-alis kapalit ng bayad.

* WALANG PLACEMENT FEE:

Ang programang ito ay government-to-government. Mag-ingat sa sinumang naniningil ng malaking "placement fee."
Key Program Details
* Job: Seasonal farm and fishery work
* Visas:
* 3-month short-term employment visa (C-4)
* 5-month seasonal employment visa (E-8), which may be extendable
* Salary: Estimated average of P60,000 to P100,000 per month (may vary based on work and overtime)
How to Apply (The NEW Official Process)

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO THE DMW.

Ang DMW ang mamamahala sa lahat ng aspeto ng iyong aplikasyon, kabilang ang:
* Selection and Recruitment
* Basic Korean Language Training
* Pre-Departure Orientation
* Contract Review and Signing
* Insurance and OWWA Membership
